Excellent technician! Communicated the issues with my furnace that he located and fixed them very quickly. Our house is comfortable again and I wish that I had called Steven sooner.
Very knowledgeable and professional. Explained the process in depth and provided several options for my furnace and AC replacements. When the job was completed, the final bill was exactly as quoted. I highly recommend Steven with Holzer Heating and Cooling .
Steven went above and beyond to get us a new unit immediately, then did a great job with a tricky installation. Personable, prompt and competent. Highly recommended!
